How to order

1) Email orders to preciousplush@gmail.com with your name, contact number, item code, quantity, choice of delivery: postage/meetups

Payment details

1) Bank transfer POSB/UOB - please make payment within 48hrs of the email confirmation from us.

2) Cash on delivery for meetups - A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for meetups to prevent no-shows.

3) For all fund transfers, we require the details of the transfer & reference code.

Terms and Conditions

1) All items are brand new & not display items unless otherwise stated.

2) Prices are in SGD and does not include postage fees

3) All items are limited so do make orders fast, priority will be given to those who confirm orders first

4) 50% deposit is required for reservation

5) No refunds once confirmation/payment is made unless its an error on our part.

6) Normal postage range from $0.80 to $4 depending on size of item

7) Registered postage range from $3 to $10 depending on size and weight of item

8) We will not be held liable for missing or damaged items if you opt for normal postage

9) All paid items will be mailed out within 48hours, tracking number will be given for registered postage items

10) Items will be checked carefully for defects before mailing out.

11) Please note that all items sold are non refundable or exchangeable.

Our Descriptions

1) All dimensions are approximated with a measuring tape.

2) Sitting = Measured in sitting position. From end of body to top of head/ears.

3) Standing = Measured in standing position. From bottom of legs to top of head/ears.
